A mock demo for teams that manage vendor work orders

Catch re-work before it costs twice.

WorkOrderReview shows a visual workflow that routes each completed work order through photo QC, flags re-work, notifies the vendor and keeps a running cost per order.

All data on this site is simulated.

What it shows

  • Photo QC routing

Every completed order lands in a review queue with its required photos, scored against a threshold you set.

  • Re-work flagged and looped

A failed check sends the order back through the same steps, so the second pass is tracked instead of lost in email.

  • Vendor notified automatically

The vendor gets a plain message naming the photos that failed and why. No one has to type it.

  • Cost per order

Base cost and re-work cost sit side by side per vendor, per category and per week, so the price of a bad photo is visible.

    Read the cost

On the Costs page, compare vendors and see how re-work adds to the price of an order.
